The Health & Democracy Houston (H&D Houston) initiative aims to counter this alarming trend by partnering with trusted health leaders and organizations with deep local ties to co-create and promote nonpartisan civic and voter participation. Why? Because we recognize that higher civic participation leads to better individual and community health outcomes.
